Crap - well going from my favorite Brave as of last summer to wanting to beat the Birds badly right now.

When's the last time one of our guys transferred to our biggest rivals? Why did it have to be O-Show?

Good memory B4L, you are right. But the Wilkins case was a bit different, and a bit bizarre. John Wilkins was the son of a former ISU star Jeff Wilkins, who played at ISU ion the 1970's. John grew up in Belgium, where his father had played and married a European woman, and settled down there. John Wilkins committed to Bradley in the fall of 2008, with intent to enroll at mid-season and play for Jim Les in the second semester of the 2008-2009 season. But his transcripts from his schools in Belgium were never received by the NCAA and he was ruled ineligible for D1 play. So instead, he enrolled at a junior college (Southeastern Iowa CC) but he did not play basketball, with the intent of getting his associate's degree by summer of 2010 and returning to Bradley for the 2010-11 season. But while in junior college, Wilkins met a girlfriend who was planning on going to ISU. There were rumors of other issues, such as unreasonable demands being made to Jim Les by the Wilkins family and their US advisor, so in May, 2010, he changed his mind and committed to ISU.
He was never enrolled at Bradley, nor a member of the Bradley basketball team. He ended up playing 3 years at ISU-
