Are we sure it wasn't spend the afternoon with Mark Scott and the Bradley Braves?

All kidding aside, great story, and big kudos to the Braves for taking some time out for this great fan.
 
Thanks for sharing the story. These are the stories that need to be written not just about BU basketball players but from everyday people trying to make a difference. I know it is when the stars do something good that when reported will sell but there are individuals everyday who put their time and resources to work for people in our community who really need someone to look up to and mentor. God bless all those people who give kindness back one way or the other.

I guess by now you know I am a big advocate for people who do community service and believe Bradley would be better for it if they made community service of some kind part of their curriculum. There are even some companies that make doing some type of charitable work part of their yearly review and bonus package. During times like these it is even more important that we all try to give back where and when we can.
