it's like an extra redshirt year, so he'll still be a sophomore when he arrives, but a year bigger, stronger, and perhaps better.
Let's add more mature! I'm not to worried about this guy losing anything, if anything those extra years will just give him the chance to get bigger and be a man among boys. Coach Corn did say he is the type of player that has a motor. That usually means he hustles his tail off, he runs the floor, plays D, rebounds and needs to develop a bit of a finesse game. I like it also we now can offer the Johnson brothers a packaged deal. I was wondering why Eto said that the BU staff was checking out both. Now we know and the staff knew this probably months ago.
There is no way a guy can be away from something for 3 years and not have a downside to it, especially playing basketball. I agree he will likely be more mature, and that includes physically but it is not a positive, especially in his first season to have been off the court for 3 years.
My money says he never ends up donning a BU uniform.
Ok-- now you're on record saying that about two guys....and I have never used the words "dons" or "donning".

not at all.....you misunderstood...I am only recounting your past prediction and hoping you aren't 2-for-2!
and I was only admiring your vocab..
Again? I already changed it once and then back again! ;-)
Grid will be updated this afternoon.....apparently my most current file is at work. I need to start getting more organized this time of year!

....I have cut off my emotions for the future because of it. End of story.
I'm late to this discussion, and I want to expand on this comment.
(I am not saying I agree with you BB on this, but I do in a way... and mostly that I hope he does don a Bradley uniform)
But my feelings are consistent with a conversation I had with jmp and squirrel last fall regarding Wilkins. And understand, it's not that I care less about the talented players involved.
For me, I clearly feel I will no longer get excited/overexcited/anxious/etc about a player/recruit/verbally committed/signed player until I SEE them in Red/White on the floor for Bradley.
I feel this way because of the Grundy situation and I have cut off my emotions for the future because of it. End of story.
I wish Sean Harris the best over the next couple years and think it would be great to see him put on a Bradley uniform. If he doesn't, I still wish him the best.
...I feel this way because of the Grundy situation ....
so something happens once in your lifetime, and hasn't happened since 1998, and you are still checking under your bed, worried about it?
