2016 top target

Zach Norvell chooses Gonazaga

2016 recruits - top tier most of whom have been offered and visited:
Marquell Fraser
Daeshon Francis - our guys have been recruiting Iowa recently
Chris Palombizio - just visited NIU & also got offers from Ball State, American, Oakland
Loren Christian Jackson - played well at Florida Event
Richardson Maitre - just decommitted from Cleveland State and is now back on the market
Leland Green - still open, just visited UTEP
Godwin Boahen - Now just visited Louisville but apparently no offer
Nate Taphorn - could be available in 2016 as a grad-transfer - another link - already talking about graduation...


Others who we have reportedly offered but do not appear to still be top targets-

regarding past Bradley recruit and Bradley commit Michael Tucker....
he has played two games for John A. Logan College...

In his first game he came off the bench and went 8-12 - 20 pts, 4 rebs, 3 blocks, an asst, & a steal - and appears to have been the best player on the floor in Logan's lopsided 136-74 win

then in game 2 he again came off the bench and put up 12 pts/9 rebs - and was the leading rebounder in the game.
Wonder if he'd still have interest in Bradley.....

BU recruiting target Daeshon Francis is getting some nice press....

Daeshon Francis another solid game 10pt, 9reb, 7 asst

...btw-- whether Daeshon Francis lands here at Bradley or not - either way - nobody has had more info posted on him that we have here including - from what I understand - someone who is close to the recruit...
and we have listed him as a BU recruiting target and a strong possibility to be a BU commit since back in April 2015.


Limestone's Hank Mathews (son of Limestone coach and past BU Brave Eddie) is hitting on 80% of his 3pt attempts..
he is a sophomore at Wabash Valley CC- but it's early ;)

Michael Tucker had 16 last night for John A. Logan..
in Three games, Tucker is hitting 62% from the field and averaging 14 pgg
He also has 7 rpg & 2 blocks per game

With Loren Christian Jackson signing with Long Beach State, it looks a little more like maybe Bradley will only sign the 2 committed players they expected to sign, and not a 3rd recruit that Coach Wardle suggested he'd like to sign.
The coaches were recruiting other 2016 point guards, including foreign players, but no word on what our chances are of getting a commitment in this early signing period.
 
Before yesterday, I thought Loren Christian Jackson was the most likely point guard to commit, but that has changed since he committed yesterday to Long Beach State-

I can't give any names right now, but Coach has been recruiting several other point guards, including some that are not in the US. So maybe our next point guard could be another foreigner!
