2018 & Beyond recruiting targets

Past Bradley Brave star Tony Bennett just signed with a new pro team before Christmas in the top league in Mexico...

He's just played 13 games but in that span he's averaging 14.5, 3.5 rebs, 2 stls, and a team leading 4.8 assists

Well, finally some news on a NEW NAME to add to our list!

There are reports that Bradley has been over to view and are interested in ..
Mabor Majok, Class of 2020 (currently just a freshman) who plays for Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers, IN (just northeast of Indianapolis)
..and who plays AAU for Indiana Elite (the program run and coached by the father of Bradley assistant Drew Adams).

Mabor Majok is a 6-11 Center...who coincidentally is a Sudanese national...
and he is already being ranked inside the TOP 20 players NATIONALLY! (#18) - LINK
(higher than Manual's Adam Miller who is #26 and already getting offers)

Jordan Goodwin is making a tough choice-
he will play one more game (he is just 9 pts shy of the all time school scoring record) then he will end his season due to the shoulder injury and may seek surgery

no surprise to Bradley fans, but since they signed Tony Bennett, his new team Indios Juarez is playing much better
They are currently on a 5-game winning streak, have moved half way up the standings, and are only a couple games out of 4th place...and 5 games out of 2nd.

Way to go TB!


BTW- the team in 1st place, Fuerza Regia (Chris Roberts' old team) lists Dennis Rodman on their roster, but he hasn't played any games for them yet

ISU just offered a juco kid from San Francisco (they play against Yuba)..
6-4 SG Zach Copeland is considered by some as the best 3-pt shooter in juco ball...
hits about 50% but also launches a bunch - is 73-153 on the season.
Hits 88% on FTs, 3 apg, 3 rpg, 2 steals
This is the kind of scorer we need...the ISU offer is his first DI offer.
ISU has one scholarship available for 2017 and has several offers out including their offer to Taylor Bruninga

not sure what's up but David Sloan has transferred to a different prep academy in Florida...
had a really nice game in his first outing with his new team
