I like this one from a website called Basketunderreview.com. The use the average of Kenpom and Bart Torvik rankings to determine which school to put into their bracket as the automatic qualifier. And since Kenpom has Bradley 15 spots ahead of Illinois State, it is Bradley that is in as a #13 seed!-

Seems like 13 seed is best case scenario anymore moving forward. We'd probably need to go undefeated to get a single digit seed!
