3 MVC games Saturday, Feb. 23

Assuming we win our own game we probably need UNI to beat Valpo as well.

Maybe, except that UNI is only 1 game ahead of Bradley and it would also benefit Bradley if UNI loses. You could go crazy looking at all the remaining matchups and trying to figure out which team winning would benefit the Braves most.
One thing for sure, Bradley can control only their own destiny. They need to win every game, especially these next 2- today against Evansville, and the next one against Valpo.

whether we finish in the #4 seed or #5 makes very little difference and we already own the tiebreaker on UNI but I think we can still catch Loyola and we'd have the tiebreaker on them with a chance to still grab the #3 seed.
GO Braves!!

Actually I don’t think we own the tiebreaker with UNI. We split the season series and they currently have the higher NET but not by much. So if we tie them it’ll be determined by NET unless it is a 3 or more way tie.

Northern Iowa leads Valparaiso at halftime 30-23-

If UNI holds on and wins, Bradley would be all alone in 5th place pending the Sunday games.
If Valparaiso comes back to win, Bradley would be in a 3-way tie with UNI and VU for 4th place.

Earlier this afternoon, Missouri State won at home over Indiana State 67-61-

This loss by Indiana State drops them to 6-10 and essentially assures that they will play on Thursday in St. Louis.

UNI never trailed in the 2nd half as they beat Valpo 64-53. Not being in the play in game is looking a little better.

UNI controlled the tempo, and played good defense and beat Valparaiso 63-54.

That moves UNI's record to 9-7, and they are in 4th place by themselves.
Bradley is in 5th by themselves pending Sunday's games.
