As noted, Illinois State struggled at home against a bad Cleveland State team (4-8, RPI, RPI 240), but salvaged the win in overtime 88-77-

The Indiana State-TCU game is part of the campus games of the Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic.
Indiana State went into the game as the #1 ranked 3-point shooting team in the country (48.2%).
However, they shot just 2-11 (18.2%) in the first half, their worst half of 3-point shooting this season.
Indiana State's Jordan Barnes, the MVC's top individual 3-point shooter (51.0%) was just 1-4 in the first half.
