I agree. Money does not flow in on an obscure D1 basketball game on a Tuesday night so much that it moves the line 4 points unless someone knows something.

Very interesting on the movement and the silence...????
 
Vegas gets no info on injuries or suspensions before our media, if the line moves that much it is because of heavy betting going on the other direction.

Really? So some big player is out there throwing cash at a Bradley v ISU game just because... ok. There is something causing money to be driven at ISU. ISU at a +1 1/2 was not that tasty of a line to make wild betting.

Maybe you are right but I think there is something deeper.

That's not entirely true.

Also, rumor is that TB may have the flu? One of his recent tweets seemed to indicate that...or that he's gonna get SICK all over the Redbirds!

But a Big Fish can come in and put large amounts of money on a team and that money can influence the line, simply because the big money wants the line to be influenced. I have no clue what happened here but a 4 point move in essentially an obsure D1 basketball game seems odd to me.

Agreed. That type of swing in any game usually gets it flagged by the oddsmakers. However, initial lines often move a bit more significantly if the oddsmakers feel they've made a mistake. They make more mistakes in mid and low major basketball than anywhere...

For people that wager, there is no such thing as an obscure D1 college basketball game. Although the site I used had the game opening as a Pick and now it's ISU -1.5, so not as much movement as some other sites.
 
Bad info...UE holds on to win by 3 as Shockers miss final 3. But we threw away 2nd place late tonight anyway and will now struggle to get into the top 6.
