-Luuk had bad game, going 0-6 but his defense and hustle were still big positives

-did anyone think we had a chance when you saw BOTH Gerry Pollard & John Higgins out there reffing this game?

-we just missed the assignment on Kaifes a few times otherwise we win by 10!
 
Can’t believe we won with Pollard. I think we’ve got on his good side somehow. I credit Wardle.

I thought the same thing but they really let them play and didn't call every tick tack foul that they could of. Hopefully they do tomorrow's game and call it the same way.
This was a big win and the coaches did a great job w/a great game plan.
NIU does scare me as they have some depth and Jacobson does a great job getting his players ready. As I have been saying all along this tournament was wide open and anyone can win it so why not BU.

I predict we will cut nets today boys. Why? The way these games all tournament have been called, the refs are letting them play and the aggressor has won the day each time. That suits our style even better than UNI. Also, if we slow down Lohaus, we should be ok... and we have the personnel to do that. Meanwhile they will not have the answer athletically for Child’s and Henry.

They also have A.J. Green, Spencer Haldeman, and Trae Berhow who are all capable of getting hot and scoring 20+.
