one is going to Iowa State....reports say Chris Babb will transfer to Iowa State...
tough news for a couple MVC schools who thought they had him...

as was noted elsewhere - pretty amazing hype and frenzy over a single-digit-averaging-guy who couldn't get playing time at Penn State!! So someone thinks he's gonna be a stud in the Big 12??:roll::roll:
 
playing 30 minutes a game is "can't get playing time"? tough crowd. by that measure, you only have 3 players on your roster who CAN get playing time.

Also, a 6'5" sophomore guard shooting 81% from the line and 37% from three averaging 9.3ppg 3.2rpg and 2.2apg and 30 minutes a game in the Big Ten is nothing to scoff at. I think you would be talking him up like crazy if he was coming to bu.
 
bingo - he'd be a fine BU or Valley player - but I think he'll struggle a bit more in the B12 -

question -- how many kids over the past 6-8 years (spanning 3 different coaches) have gone to Iowa State, then been unhappy there and left and went elsewhere...?
For a kid who didn't like where he was and wants to go elsewhere, he's going to the absolute mecca of unhappy players who transfer and go somewhere else...but good luck to him anyway...
 
Yes - it is the first of our local girls soccer teams to win their Regional and advance the their Sweet Sixteen - and good luck to them in their sectional and at State!
