UNI is killing Murray State.

Aside from the Bradley game, it could be THREE road wins in the Valley tonight. Plus the Redbirds shocking loss...
 
Murray State playing little to no defense, UNI scoring on almost every possession, up by 23
Murray State's Traynor looked like he dislocated his right shoulder when his shot was blocked.
He went straight to the lockerroom & hasn't returned.

UNI's season average for scoring is 62 points per game in MVC play...
Right now they have 71 points with 8 minutes left in the game - they're on a 90-point pace...
Murray State's head coach Ryan Miller cannot be happy with his team's defense.

Not saying the refs are trying to help the home team, but 38 minutes into the game and UNI has been to the FT line only once...
yet they are ahead 89-60 with a couple minutes remaining. If they play like this, they can beat anyone in St. Louis.

update- UNI emptied the bench the last couple min- Murray State left their starters in the whole way.
Then with 12 sec left, one of Murray State's key players Roman Domon went off with injury.
(JJ Traynor went off earlier with what looked like a dislocated shoulder)
Final score 89-60. Murray State got absolutely manhandled on their home court, so sad to see....

the 29 point loss to UNI ties for Murray State's all time worst home loss....

Starter JJ Traynor with serious right shoulder injury - looked like he dislocated it - could be out a while with less than a month in the season

Down by 29 points in the final minute, Murray State still had starter Roman Domon in the game when he crashed to the floor and limped off with
what looked like a tailbone injury. Gotta wonder why they had starters in at that point when UNI had long emptied their bench.
They don't have a layoff - they play again Thursday at Indiana State.
They have lost 5 of their last seven after starting the Valley race 8-0.
They are last in the MVC by a mile giving up 80 points per game. Can't win this league without defense.

If Valpo wins Thursday, they will be tied (in win column) with ISU in a battle for 4th place. Roger Powell COY?

despite the bad losses, BU is tied for 2nd in the MVC...with just one of the 11 MVC teams going to the NCAA Tourney
I like our chances but we cannot have another UIC-like or UNI-like loss.
