Bradley is a 4.5 point underdog at Belmont today. One thing is certain, BU will win this game. :D
The other 4 games have larger point spreads. Today's games with point spreads-

SIU (-7.5) should get their first MVC win at home vs Valparaiso.
Illinois State is a 13.5 point favorite against visiting Evansville, who will be 0-4 if that holds.
UNI is a 9.5 point favorite against visiting Indiana State, but I think it could be closer. Indiana State is coming off their OT defeat of Belmont.
And Murray State is the only favored road team today, a 6.5 point favorite in Chicago against UIC.

Does anyone see any upsets today?

Hope to share your optimism on Bradley winning today. IMHO I think Bradley will come up short. Would be great if somehow someway they can pull it off. That is my opinion for what it is worth. Tip it up and see what happens.

Haha... it wasn't really optimism. It was a bit of a joke, since both schools are BU. Thus "one thing is certain, BU will win this game".

In the 2 early MVC games-
In a battle of two winless teams SIU leads Valparaiso 36-25- https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/boxscore/_/gameId/401830258
Valpo seems to have regressed, if that's possible. They managed only 25 first half points and shot only 19% (6-32) in the first half, and were 11% (1-9) from three. SIU is not the strong defensive team that they were under Bryan Mullins. This year, SIU ranks 10th in the MVC in overall defense, and they rank 11th, dead last, in 3-point FG% defense. Yet, Valpo has been awful offensively.

In the other early game, Illinois State broke open a 26-23 game and scored 20 of the final 25 points to lead 46-28 at halftime-
Evansville is shooting much more poorly than they did against Bradley (38% vs 50% against BU in the first half), and Josh Hughes, who killed Bradley with 14 first half points, is scoreless. Also, Evansville has nobody to stop Chase Walker, who has 16 points in 16 minutes of play.
