A Good Take on Billy Packer

Billy is getting senile, and that hair-do is a real gas...
He looks a little like Professor Brown in Back to the Future.

My thoughts on this guy are probably all the same as yours...

At the bottom of this link it says he was reprimanded for his comments to Littlepage during the selection show. Has anyone heard this before? I'd be very curious given how poorly I believe that situation was handled by all parties.

He was smirking the whole time, I think he was just having some fun with the kid, seemed harmless enough. I actually found myself laughing. That still doesn't change the fact that I think he's an @ though.
