A GREAT WIN!!

THIS WAS A GREAT WIN!! This is what our team is capable of when it does the right things. Played with high energy and great confidence. Overall, we were fast bringing the ball up court and we spread our offense. Crisp and quick passes and freeing up our shooters for good, clear shots. We played hard and tough with J'Henry leading the way for inside toughness that opened up for clear perimeter shots. We should scrimmage as a major part of every practice so we sustain what we had Sat. nite against Ind. State. This should be the REAL Bradley team for the rest of the season and thru the Summer into next year.
Also, Henry should now be a starter, IMO. Another couple of games like this one, and he will be Freshman of The Year in the MVC.

Guys, you know it was a good night when it brought back this many memories of the golden era. To me, the biggest part of our turnaround the past 6 games has been the pace. We finally let go of the slow ball style and it made all the difference. A win on Wednesday would give us a real chance to get back into the mid pack and then more options arise.

I may be wrong but I think Wizard is responsible for this turn around. Correct me if i'm wrong but he was the first to go on this board and call for us to junk our slow down offense and get the ball up the court in a more timely fashion and with purpose. We seem to have put that offense in our game plan and it seems to be the answer. Going small seems to be working for us also. Love most of these line ups.

I hate to pump on the Brakes , Great win for sure. Hammerin Hank is a stud. Lets have him consistently perform before you give him DLOs spot. I called for it earlier in the season. Dlo blew up the next game and has been back and a big part of whats goin on. Im going to hold my breathe till we beat Loyola and or ISU red. Then we are cooking.

I agree, it was Wiz who was ragging on DB for his slow walk up the floor all the time. Last night DB was shooting up the floor like a dang rocket. NIGHT-and-DAY different how that starts our offensive execution.
