Houston I don't know who has the best pizza.................purists would say Chicago or New York. I know Peoria has better pizza than where I now live.

I've only tried Monicals, Agatucci's and Avanti's from your list (if Sully's had pizza when I was there it was nothing special). Both Monicals and Agatucci's are two of my all-time favs. Avantis is good (better than anything where I live) but nothing special.
 
For burgers my favorite is Our Inn Place. I live in Peoria but when I want a great cheeseburger I don't mind driving to Pekin for that tastey, delicious burger!!!!

As for pizza my vote goes to Firehouse Pizza. Its absolutely delicious!!!!
