It hurts the team that's more physical and more aggressive, which was clearly BU. When the players were allowed to determine the outcome, we saw who the superior team was.

I remember Dogs having a bit of interaction with a ref......it was fine and all around the area had a good laugh about it....not sure I can remember the subject, but refs can mix it up a bit if its handled correctly.

Awwww the ole Rabbit ears.
Used to love going up to the Fieldhouse and sitting in the endzone for the womans games. Plenty of refs would interact with the crowd, most were pretty positive and were able to take it with a grain of salt. But more then once the officals would find a staff member to complain about members of the crowd. On one occasion when Sarah Bailey played at BU her father, who sat front row every game, was told if he said one more word he was thrown out. No cussing not beligerant words, just criticium and the offical refused to take it.
It happens, probably shouldnt, they know what they are getting into by wanting to work the job, but some still are very thin skinned and have very big rabbit ears.

Dru....that was a fun night.....had a blast and that exchage was a highlight.....
Obviously some of you posters are not use to seeing the valley officials as I have had a huge problem about them visiting with the other coaches during timeouts ;I do not know what is being said but as far as a professional standpoint it appears to look very bad; they should not be talking to any of the fans during any timeouts also as it only leads to more problems; if Pollard had stayed out on the floor where he belongs and ignored anything being said about his c all nothing would have happened ( which by the way is what a good referee would have done) too bad he seems to believe that he is part of the show and decided to become the main attraction which we all know he should not be as I do not pay to see the officials perform.
