Bradley Wins 65-56 over Iowa State

Just watched the game..........pretty good tandem in FB & CB! You gotta love the coach's insight on what the Braves are doing and why!

Did anyone else laugh when they showed the Offensive play of the game and they ran a clip of the DC's offensive charge?

I am an old timer. Season tickets since I was 4 (1954). I stand and cheer loudly alot. I have been sitting in the same seats since the games moved to the PCC. The people around me know it and accept it. I loved how we stood the whole games in Detroit and Oakland. I try to be respectful when nothing is happening and sit down. But when BU is on a run or I think the team needs the fans to get involved. I stand up start cheering and implore others to do the same. I have never had anyone tell me to sit down, but maybe that is because everyone in my section knows me. Take that back, some Pitt fans wanted us to sit down last year in Detroit as they were just to the right of us. We said sorry, we are here to support our team. Nothing else was said. I wouldn't back down to people who want to watch the game like they are in an easy chair. I am sure the team and coaches want the place to be as roudy as possible. I take it as a responsibility to do my part. I just wish when BU was on a run and the crowd is going nuts, the team could get the next stop on the defensive end. It kills me when the crowd gets up roaring and the other team comes right down and scores!!!!!!!!! I will be in SPI cheering on the team. I am sure I will be hoarse after the 1st 10 minutes of the Iowa game. Thats what they make sodas for after the game!!!!!!!!!

My suggestion to get people to stand and cheer more at the Civic Center.....

Before the wrecking ball is ready to fall at the fieldhouse, we take out all the bleacher seats and haul them down to the CC and replace the coushy "Italian Installation" seats.

I still can't believe that some people want to treat a Bradley game like it's Church....heck, I'm Catholic and we stand more at church than some people do at the games!!!

Anyway....GO BRAVES!!

Ain't that the truth. I attribute my bad knees to being Catholic.

I know I sound like a broken record, but when I want to stand up and cheer it doesn't do any good. If someone would gag the PA announcer, yes I know we have a great soccer team but don't tell me about it when everybody is involved in the basketball game, and stop the stupid promotions during the guts of the game. Play the right music at the right time. I also know people who sit the whole game but they cheer as much and as loud as anyone else.
