Brett Favre files retirement papers with NFL....again

Favre also filed retirement papers with the NFL in February, 2009, then revoked them. Thjs time seems more likely permanent.

If he decides to come back, the NFL should seriously consider where it is harder for a player to come back after multiple retirements. Like the "Favre Rule" or something. After a second retirement, and you decide to come back to the league, you must take a bunch of rigorous tests AND have the approval of the commissioner.

This is freaking ridiculous, and the NFL basically enabled this behavior of indecisiveness.

WOW, I am glad they don't have policies like this in other jobs. My grandmother, rest her soul, retired 5 or 6 times from her job. She kept going back because they wanted her too.
