Brown leaving ?

Rocco Miller on x is where i saw the staff listed.

My guess is that he may have been just listing the coaches. Since Darrell Brown, Jr. is the Director of Player Development, that might be why he was not listed. I have not heard anything about DB leaving.

Let's hope not that DB leaves. He will be extremely vital in the growth of Jaquon and our incoming guard class. I see great things in Jaquon and Wheeler going forward

I hope he stays but the way that is listed makes it appear he will not be here.

Maybe someone else has spotted it but I didn't see it. However, it was three coaches leaving from the staff and we got three new coaches. Hopefully DB is still at Bradley next year

Does Dave Eminians new article about the 3 news coaches mention Brown?:-o

No, not even a mention. Dave does a great job covering the new additions and profiling them and their history. But he oddly omits Darrell Brown completely when listing the members of Coach Wardle's staff. - https://www.pjstar.com/story/sports...adds-three-new-assistant-coaches/83123608007/

Here is how he put it-

Bradley basketball head coach Brian Wardle re-loaded his coaching staff for the 2025-26 season on Wednesday, bringing in three new members.
Allan Hanson comes in from Southern Utah, Bobby Suarez from Portland and Kamrein Street from Western Illinois. They join returning staff members Mike Black (assistant coach) and Pat Althoff (special assistant to the head coach).
"When you have coaches moving up the job ladder and you're bringing in new coaches, it takes some time to get to know everyone, Wardle said.... I haven't divvied up yet who is going to work with guards, wings and all that....
Bobby Suarez will be director of recruiting for our staff. We'll go from there."

Good news...Dave Eminian told me on Twitter not to read anything into Darrell Brown being omitted in his article....just that Dave is not sure what Browns new role will be!

Yup, that's what Rocco was saying a few days ago. Now he's no longer listed on the Athletic website.
