BU Commit- 2015- Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye

Dwayne's comment to British interviewer when he got back to England from his visit last weekend

I have highlighted my favorite parts in red

"I decided to sign there because I believed it was the right school for myself to continue to get better every day and get a college degree,”
Lautier-Ogunleye said .....
“I visited over the weekend with my mum, the campus and facilities were amazing! Bradley have a brand new coaching staff
and Athletic Director and they are here to help change Bradley into one of the top mid majors in the country.
And by being in the Missouri Valley Conference I will be playing against some of the best teams in college ball in Wichita State and Northern Iowa.”

“What am most looking forward is playing under new Head Coach Brian Wardle,” Lautier-Ogunleye added.

“At his previous school, Green Bay Wisconsin, he actually coached one of my current team mates Bree Perine,
but also helped produced multiple pros players in the NBA and in Europe. Also, I can’t wait to play in front of the Bradley Braves fans;
Bradley had a tough season last year and still averaged 7,000 fans a game!
I can’t wait to bring a winning culture back to Bradley and compete to make the NCAA tournament which is one of my life long dreams”

Dwayne - if you do bring back the 'winning culture' it won't be 7,000 it'll be 11,000!!!!!!!!!!

Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye is back in England and playing in his team's (Bristol) playoff series vs. the top seeded team, Newcastle.
The first game of the series was earlier today-
http://www.eurobasket.com/boxScores/United Kingdom/2015/0423_4002_1501.asp

DLO had 11 points and 7 rebounds, but his team got beat by twenty- 84-64.
He did not start the game, but played 22 minutes off the bench.
Game 2 is tomorrow (April 24).

Box and links to play by play and shot charts http://www.fibalivestats.com/u/BBL/117085/ use tabs across top to navigate. Can click on individual players to look at shots taken on the shot chart. Newcastle is the cream of the league and consistently at the top of the table (standings for yanks) Games are played home and home and composite score added. Bristol is in a huge hole already and has to head up to Newcastle. Daunting task but good experience. I have a feeling BU is going to have a lot of fans watching across the pond the next 4 years.

Next game is friday at 130 CT http://www.fibalivestats.com/u/BBL/117086/

some of the Bristol media seemed happy to have just made the playoffs - they didn't seem to optimistic about this series...

All but 1 maybe 2 teams in the league feel that way when playing Newcastle. being in the playoffs as a 1st year team they were happy to get there for sure.

Another GREAT game for our guy DLO!!

28 points to help his "school team" advance
http://www.eabl.org/scoreboard/sgs-...al&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

His school team, called SGS College, is now in the FINAL FOUR (32 teams make the playoffs)

This league, the EABL is the TOP amateur U-19 league in all of Great Britain.
It is a league of amateur club teams that have the top high schoolers and even the top college freshmen & sophomores in the nation who have chosen not to pursue professional ball. (If a kid is 20 years old then he plays on the pro club teams only - like the Bristol team DLO played for)

So these teams & this league has some good players and good caliber competition- here are some players who played in the EABL
