Second is a question: Does anyone know if the Indiana/Kentucky All-Star game will be televised by ESPN?

They also always had one or two additional games - labelled a "scrimmage" so as to avoid certain rules that limit how many "All Star Games" the kids can participate in.
The Junior All-Stars face the Senior All-Stars as a warmup to the Indiana-Kentucky games.
(the SENIORS generally won!)
This year they have two Junior-Senior games on June 8 in Richmond, IN & June 10 in Columbus, IN http://www.indystar.com/story/sport...-2015-high-school-indiana-all-stars/26069547/
this actually may be a year when the KY All Stars can compete well against those from IN...as two of the top Indiana players (Ryan Fazekas & Caleb Swanigan) appear unable to play, and one other (Caleb Speidel) is out with injury.
