Boya's Scotland Campus team vaults all the way from unranked (and pretty much unheard of if you read some of the pundits)
...all the way up to #8 Nationally among prep basketball teams - in just the first full week of prep play

Their big time scorer Koreem Ozier is the guy in front on the right with long locks

Aristide "Ari" Boya, out of Cameroon, has been one of country's best shot blockers.
After posting 9 blocks against IMG at NPS, Boya had 5 in SCS' 95-76 win over ICA.

this is the son of the Tyrone Nesby who was a star at Cairo (IL) High School in the early 1990's. then a star at Vincennes Univ., UNLV and ultimately played in the NBA

I think Tyrone Nesby won the IHSA dunk contest at least one, maybe two years, right around when the tournament moved to Peoria. He could jump right out of the arena.

SCS and Ari Boya beat Olympus Academy 87-47 details are scarce - wish they had some decent coverage out there in Pennsylvania
they have a couple more games this weekend at the "Grind Session" in Woodstock, VA
then next week on Tuesday, Feb. 13 they play The Robinson School - who are 23-0 and undefeated except a "exhibition" against junior college squad from Monroe College.
