BU JL Curse?

I can feel just as good at halftime with a beer in my hand and the dancers on the court. During the game keep the crowd in the game as much as possible. Gotta keep us blue hairs awake you know.
Even on BU.tv the dancers looked great.
About the cursed thing! Even though I feel bad for DD and you can't wish it on anyone this can all work in our favor. DD will have another year, with AW who other wise would not also have that year next year. I'm not saying this team cannot be really good right now but next year, especially if JW comes aboard and is as good as advertised, we'll be really deep and good in every single position, even the 5. Every single guy can come in a practically be a starter! Now if we can fix the rebounding issue and get an inside game going we this team could be special!

The dancers are great. But I have to agree with Chico.
They should be going during halftime or even in the first half - not at a timeout during the second half.
The band and the cheerleaders are at every game and are arguably the loudest and only continously vocal groups at the games. All the PA annoucements, advertisements, and dancing keeps them from playing and getting in front of the crowd.
Keep the crowd engaged, don't put them to sleep - FREE VROMAN!
On another note...I like that the cheerleaders make their way to the upper bowl during the fightsongs now.
They should be going during halftime or even in the first half - not at a timeout during the second half.

Back to the BU bad luck curse thing HUMOR....:lol:
Perhaps it started when BU changed benches at home, away from the baseline where my season tix were, or, perhaps when BU was shafted by the NCAA over their nickname and team symbols (or when BU introduced the bobcat mascot thing)! Perhaps the start of recorded music at the CC vs the band triggered a possible curse...:?:

Its been three years since I've been back to Peoria for a game but most liquor stores sold the miller lite plastic bottles just the same as the one the vendors sold which can be tucked nicely into a Columbia jacket pocket, just gotta get them extra cold before heading out to the game so they make it til halftime.

Age has nothing to do with it. My vote is for the basketball team. That's what most of us buy season tickets for. Don't remember saying the girls don't do good work and routines. Keep up the good work ladies but not during the guts of a close game.

agreed... can we please stop Cubs 'curse' talk. u win or lose based on talent on field, court, etc.
I'll be out your way in mid December for the Winter. Wish we could get a BU-ASU home and home series going. Lot of BU fans head to the Valley of the Sun for the Winter.

I live in Tucson and it's still 30+ min away, they really need to understand the idea of a freeway system, its BRUTAL.
