BU lineup for tonight

Let's make us worry a bit more now????? You would have thought that if they were going to sit him it would have been against Lewis. I'd be very very disappointed if he sits out tonight!:-x:evil:
 
Bradley has a policy of not announcing these kinds of decisions. But it will be evident at gametime. :(
 
Irritated a little here...probably will send Mr Reynolds a note on this one...

It seems as if...and YES I CAN BE WRONG...but it seems to me that there is a section of people that thrive on negativity as it pertains to BU and specifically the hoops program...I believe this little tidbit came from one of thos folks and naturally Reynolds needs to do his job and dig a little further....

But it just irritates me....we all knew about what happened and the possible outcome....soooo lets just bring it all up on the day of the 1st game...lets get all the negative vibes going....

What are they supposed to do, pretend he didn't get arrested and nothing happened?
 
I have corrected my initial post- it was Dave Reynolds that posted the brief article about Taylor Brown, Not Kirk.

No not at all, a suspension or some sort of punishment should be enforced for sure. Suspended for the game against Lewis and Les giving Taylor some extra attention after practice sounds good to me. Or when the situation happened just saying Taylor messed up and will be suspended for the first 3 games or whatever is fair. I just feel a little in the dark I didn't hear anything about him not being able to play tonight and was looking forward to the Braves a full strength tonight.
 
If Brown was suspended, would he still be able to make the flight with the team? What has his twitter posts been saying, I forgot his link?

If he's suspended - he's suspended. Move on. Play the game.

If the PJS feels the need to make this a "big" story AGAIN... maybe they (KW and DR) can also share with their readers how other schools like ISU and SIU handle off-court issues. Relevant to show the readers (some who may be ISU and SIU fans) how Bradley differentiates itself from how things like this are handled elsewhere.
 
As long as this is Les' call and not coming from higher up, I can't really find "fault" with a decision like this. Bradley seems to hold its athletes accountable for their actions. I think that's something that is a little refreshing in a society where everything is win at all costs.

I'm fine with a one-game suspension as I don't mind holding our players to a standard of paying for their mistakes, but I think missing the scrimmage and the exhibition would have been more appropriate. However, it would have been nice to be playing SIU-Edwardsville in the opener. ;)
