What channel is the WTVP World HD on for Comcast? The regular channel is 218 but that wasn't in HD for me last week. Is their an HD WTVP channel?

Jason

Keep in mind this was because of the WTVP HD broadcast (thank God there will be 11 games this way :) ). The other broadcasts will probably not be quite so clear on the big screen.

WTVP World in HD is not available on Comcast, but it is broadcast in HD, so see if your TV can switch to Air or get a UHF antenna.

FYI. I noticed that some Creighton fans were complaining about their broadcast's poor quality last night. It was fairly dark and "muddy" picture. (ESPN picked up the Creighton feed for ESPN+ and ESPN3). I switched back and forth from the WTVP and ESPN channel a few times and noticed Creighton had their own equipment because camera angles were different. Overall I preferred the bandwidth-starved over the air WTVP feed.

But what does Creighton's feed have in common with BU.TV.......bad infrastructure in Carver?

Did anyone else not have audio for the first 7-8 minutes of the game?
I watched the CU-BU full game archive (replay).
At the start of the game for the first couple minutes, I though I heard the student section cheering and that's all.
I enjoyed the 2nd half's stream. Overall, the video was a lot better this last time than what I got for the SIU game.

I believe the quality will keep getting better every year - for now, it'll do - as long as I can watch the majority of BU games this year, I'm happy. Quality is good enough IMO. And BP is doing an excellent job having the game replays available when I watch them the following day of the game.

I've been saying the same thing about Carver quite some time. I'm betting their network has not been updated in quite some time. You would have thought with the new scoreboards and what not they would have put some money in updating their switches and routers. If they are still running copper I would not be surprised.

They need to take a few hundred thousand to a million dollars from the BU Campaign fund and upgrade the BU.TV network 10 times what it is now.

I might be missing it, but I do not see an archive of the home game against Evansville.

I didn't see it either. Of the 10 games from the last month of my monthly subscription, only 5 of the games I could view in their entirety (from archives) when I thought they'd be available for viewing (worst case should be 2 days after the game was played)
Extrememely disappointed in the BU All-Access after a good 1st month that I subscribed to.
Only minor improvements this year, but 4 of the last 5 games were just unacceptable. Just like the BU team, they are going in the wrong direction for some reason.

I was suckered into getting it again this year but will not be renewing next year for any reason.

My options are: Watch BU All-Access or not watch the games at all (not in Peoria area). Only can watch a few games provided by the Valley Network or ESPN 3.

Other than this last home game vs. Evansville, the home games were not too bad actually and a slight improvement from last season.
The road games though were awful - not one good one during my 2 month subscription. I don't believe they were using their own feed for some of them.
