Here is what I recieved and I'll probably ask for the week extension if I do not head to the MVC tourney.
Dear Subscriber,
I could issue a refund for a one game charge of $4.95, but that would be the only refund we would be able to offer you as a seasonal subscriber. Our system is set to allow only one refund per billing cycle and since you have a seasonal pass we can only issue the one refund. The alternatives would be to extend your service by a week or a could make a notation in your account that you missed this one game (which I have already done) and if you miss any additional games we can issue a refund at the end of your subscritpion to compensate you for all missed games.
As far as the issue for tonight there were technical issues at Bradley that prevented them from being able to stream this event in its entirety.
