Buckeyes LOSE

Exhibitions don't mean anything.

Coaches are experimenting with lineups and situations.

Consider them as tuneups and nothing more.

I agree with you MM....but it's still kind of embarrasing

I didn't let on that I was kinda joking.

I wanted to beat anybody to it. My comments reflect what would be the common excuse for the loss.

In all honesty, IMO - I bet OSU (although experimenting) tried to win and YES - it is embarrassing.

If 2 MVC schools had lost like OSU and MSU have... the "mouthpieces" would be all over it.

But the Drive-by Media will only report what they want to report and in a manner that doesn't always reflect the truth.

Yes but a few embarrassing regular season home losses on the annual Big 10 Parade Of Cupcakes would be harder to ignore...one can only hope...(laughing fiendishly)...

They are exhibitions but the coach wants to win.
Just like Jim Les was on the team to do better in Sunday's 2nd half, I am sure Thad Matta definitely tried to get his team to play better in their 2nd half and win, and yet he still lost.
No these games don't mean anything in the standings, but I am sure they tried to win the game.
I would certainly take this as evidence that Ohio State isn't nearly as strong this year as last year.

Sure but you can bet that if Bradley had lost their exhibition to Quincy, Phil Theobald would have come out of retirement to rip into the kids and the coach.

Hey! After all this is THE BIG 10, they are not supposed to lose to anyone ever, yet alone to Grand Valley State and Findlay! Even during exhibitions!
