Guess you had to be around back then to appreciate it. It all turned out bad but at the time it was the talk of the town. When Squeaky was obviously fouled and there was no call and the Braves lost, the highlites of the game were shown over and over at the Madison theater, with the outside banner, "Was Squeaky Fouled." Yes he was.
 
I understand what you are saying Chico. At the time, would have loved to have been there...but I wasn't even a gleam in my dad's eyes yet!
 
Of course MY top Garden hoop moment was standing on the Garden floor talking to LaVerne Tart after the Bradley victory over Purdue in the 1982 NIT.
