Bradley just made a couple changes to their Men's Basketball Staff-
Mike Nesbitt, who was hired November 3, 2020 as the Coordinator of Player Development and Video Operations, was just given a new job and title, Men's Basketball Director of Basketball Operations. He replaces Dr. Julian Springer, who left Bradley April 11, 2021.

And Bradley has hired Mike Black as the new Men's Basketball Video Coordinator of Player Development.

Mike Black is a native of Chicago, and spent last season as an assistant coach at Fenwick High School in Chicago. He helped lead Fenwick to a 13-3 record and a Chicago Catholic League title in his one year at his alma mater.
Prior to last year, Black was a coach with the Illinois Veritas AAU program from 2019-2021, and the previous year he was a assistant coach and interim head coach at Malcolm X Junior College in 2018-19.
Black was an outstanding college basketball player at the University of Albany (2009-13.). He ranks fifth in school history with 1,542 career points and sixth with 388 career assists. He was named All-America East three times in his 4 years, including 1st team All-America East his senior year, as well as being named America East Tournament Most Outstanding Player his senior year (2013), as he led Albany to a conference title and NCAA Tournament appearance.
Mike Black played in the NBA Development League with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, while also playing with Leicester Riders of the British Basketball League (2013-14) and BC Beroe Stara Zagora in the National Bulgaria League (2014-15).
Black earned his bachelor’s degree in communications and sociology from Albany in 2013 and is currently pursuing his master’s in sports leadership at Concordia University.
