D1 coach resigns

The Dartmouth head coach Terry Dunn was
"forced to resign after his entire team threatened to boycott taking the court this weekend"

EVERY player on the team signed an affidavit claiming they would not play for the coach and took the document to the adminstration....a total mutiny!!

Amazing! :o I would not be surprised to see this set a (bad) precedent and we see another similar incident or two within the next year. Kids are SO pampered from such a young today that they just do not want to be told to do anything that they don't want to do.

I agree with you, however, it sounds like there may have been more to this as his entire staff quit a year ago. Also, a terrible 5 year record.
 
Latest rumor...and just a rumor I ran across...

Texas Tech's Pat Knight started off well but...since Jan 3 have gone 2-5 in conference play ...and that unless Knight makes a great run in their remaining nine games, then it's rumored that he's gone...

But that's actually not the real story here.......it's who will be replacing Knight that is the story...
The guy in line to replace him is still a legend in Texas and there's an interest in getting him at Texas Tech........
