Doc Freim

Bradley lost a great teacher and hoops fan last night as Doc Freim passed away. It will not be the same at BU games without Doc holding court at section 5 during half time. I don't think Doc missed more than a hand full of home games from 1967-2007. His Physics 100 class was the best, and I am a proud member of the Rose Bush Society. Rest in peace Doc!!

That's very sad news. I never had him for class, but my roomates raved about him being their favorite prof. May he Rest In Peace.

I got the chance to see him fight the fight and leave the hospital well prepared to take on his "new life". I can attest he gave it a great go.

It made everyone that came in contact with him through this ordeal very sad when they learned of the news.

God speed Doc......

Friends,
This is sore news. Bradley loses another scholar and
a gentlemen. My only hope is that he went to that Brave
hereafter where he can argue with Professor John Kenny
and hold court to the multitudes.
In a scientific world full of cold fishes, these titans lent
spice and humor to the Bradley physics family.
My heart goes out to the Freim family. I can assure all
that the "Doc" will be missed.

This is really sad to hear. He just had bought the house next door to me where he was going to live with his daughter during his recovery. I was looking forward to discussing BU hoops with him over the fence.

I am saddened to hear this. I also had just talked to him a couple weeks ago as he was making his recovery, and he had a great attitude, and was looking forward to next season. My condolences to the family.
