ex-BU assistant Duane Broussard is the present Director of Basketball Operations at New Mexico under head coach Stave Alford.
One of New Mexico's top assistant coaches, Chris Walker has now left New Mexico and taken a top assistant job at Villanova where he is an alum.

There is no mention officially from New Mexico, but it has been rumored that Duane Broussard does want the job.
 
Broussard did not get the assistant spot...that spot went to a guy with strong Nike connections...

and ooops...now that New Mexico assistant Chris Walker left to take an assistant job at Villanova...so there goes the rest of the team??

Highly touted Isaiah Rusher, Top 100 center, who was an AAU player for Walker in Texas, has now also left the team...
With Walker going to Villanova...let's see where Rusher ends up...
