How does Western Kentucky get a Fox College Sports contract to get their games put on like this? I believe they cut their own contract to have their games on, this is not a Sun Belt conference thing.

The attendance for the game with Iowa at Northern Iowa was only 6,480.
I don't know how much the weather might have had to do with that, but this game was a sellout 2 years ago at UNI (7,043), and they could have sold twice that many tickets. Usually these games are sold out well in advance.
4 years ago when they played at the UNI Dome, they drew 13,288, and previous games there have drawn over 14,000.
Last night's attendance of 6,480 probably represents the lack of interest by fans of Iowa since their home attendance is way down.

I've got some friends in Iowa City and Cedar Falls and they all made comments about the weather being a big deal. Only a handful of them decided to make the drive to support the team.. Glad we missed that storm!
