Final score: Bradley 74 Liberty 64

Always happy to take a W!🎯
Bradley Defense is terrible...seems like thet Braves over help with both players staying on the switch and an open lay up drill for the opposing team!🤬🤬🤬
How many passes to the bigs end up being TOs?😵‍💫 Meta should never dribble the ball in the paint!👎 What happened to the inside out for pass the open 3?🤔🤔🤔

Just watched some replays of the game! Burch made some incredible moves to make a few baskets! Sometimes he can be wild and out of control! Nonetheless, he played a heck of a game! Can Burch make those kinds of moves in more games and be consistent? Even Corey Thomas had a great move at the basket! When you win, almost everything goes well. How consistent will this team be? We will f

I am happy Burch had a good game. I feel he has been unfairly criticized for lack of play. Got to remember he had an injury where he missed several games. He probably also did not practice very much. It takes time to get yourself back into playing shape after being out with an injury. It is good he had a good game today

My thoughts on today's game. The team is playing better when compared to earlier games. The defense has been much better. Perfect? Absolutely not but better. Way to many lapses like the end of the first half. Stepped it up in the second half.
As for the offense, we have really stepped it up and have proved we can score. Still not sure we have that one guy who we can truly rely on but Bully might be getting there.
We still have a very young team as our 2 point guards are a freshman and sophomore. A lot of times we only have 1 or 2 seniors on the floor.
We proved we could hang with UCSD yesterday and handled Liberty fairly easy today.
Now we need to improve each game on both sides of the ball.

I just watched highlights from today's game! We made so many acrobatic moves to the basket! Those moves are very entertaining to watch! Brian always said that Burch brings us great energy when he's on the court! Will see if he starts next game because Brian likes him off the bench as a spark! In any case, I loved the moves Burch made to the basket! I think AJ and Corey also made a great move...

The big positive about these 3 games was to see how competitive we were in all 3. A great learning and coming together experience that should benefit us for the rest of the season.

There were a lot of good thing to take away from this Tour. Competition was great, our offense was pretty much outstanding and the defense looked better. We still have some work to do inside as far as our bigs finishing and scoring. Burch was outstanding and Thomas showed improvement but I still want to see the C.Thomas that looked great last year against George Mason. Looking forward to seeing some home bames this next week. These non conf. games have been against pretty good competition and will get the team more prepared to play in our league.

In the first half, as soon as Bradley got a double digit lead - refs called a foul on almost every LU possession - 3 in the next minute and 5 fouls in the next 3 minutes to throttle BU’s run.
They did the same thing in the 2nd half, 3 fouls in one minute as soon as BU retook a 52-41 double digit lead.
Surprised - no - call me a cynic but some of those calls were terrible.
Thankfully, Liberty kept missing the free throws they were handed.

Bingo.
At the outset of the season….seeng the youth and amount of new players, then hearing BW say “it’s going to be a process….” basically prompted me to lower my emotions for the first month or more of the season. The competitive spirit I saw in this tournament shows we have the players, culture, and staff to make something out of this season.

Let's Fill Carver for power 5 Washington State!
Technically, they are a former Power 5 team. The Pac-12 dissolved, and after every other team scattered to other Power conferences, Washington State and Oregon State were left homeless. So they are now in the non-Power Big West, though it is likely only temporary, while the Pac-12 tries to rebuild itself.

With all the complaints I have heard about the Big 10 as far as travel and money sharing i Would not be surprised to see the Pac 10 return in some form.

You are correct... The Pac-12 actually still exists with Washington State and Oregon State participating in just 6 sports (baseball, football, men's and women's track and field, women's gymnastics, and men's wrestling) for the 2025-25 year.
Here is the Pac-12 football standings-

After this year, starting in the 2026-27 season, it will expand to a 9-team conference by absorbing five schools from the Mountain West Conference (Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State, San Diego State, Utah State) and one each from the Sun Belt (Texas State) and West Coast Conferences (Gonzaga). Only 8 teams will be part of their new football conference, since Gonzaga does not have football.

For now, nobody will consider the new Pac-12 as a "Power Conference". But they have secured significant media funding, including a 5-year deal with the national cable TV network USA Sports (the new sports branding for the USA Network). That is expected to position the new Pac-12 as the 5th best funded conference behind the Big Ten, SEC, ACC, and Big 12. That could lead to future expansion adding better schools.
