They are now 3-2 after their loss today to Creighton. Their only other loss before today was at North Carolina, where they played them very tough. Brown lead at halftime, still had a lead inside the final 7 minutes, but eventually lost to UNC 94-87.

Note that they are not a great 3-point shooting team. They were shooting 33.6% from three coming into the Paradise Jam, and they shot only 4-22 from three today against Creighton.

They may not be shooting the 3 well but we haven’t been defending it that well either. Hopefully we defend it better and shoot it better than today!
 
Bradley loses to Brown 65-62. Stats feed is frozen.

Nice games by Howell, Roberts, Montgomery, Hickman, and Leons. Not very good games by Mast, Henry, Kent, and others.
Bradley lead 59-56 with a couple minutes left, but then gave up a couple wide open threes by Lilly and Wojcik, to fall behind 62-59.
Then they had to foul. Brown stretched lead to 65-62, and Brown missed the front end of a 1 and 1 with 5 seconds left, but Bradley turned the ball over and never got a shot.

Another poor shooting game from three, too many fouls (Brown was 18-24 from FT line, Bradley just 4-8 , and a lot of bad shots and poor decision-making and defensive breakdowns, especially down the stretch. It seems all that is correctable, but we're not seeing much improvement.
Freshmen Hickman and Montgomery deserve more playing time, IMO.

Bradley is off Sunday, then will play the loser of the Duquesne-Colorado game on Monday at 12:00 pm Central.

this was a game Bradley should have won. Very disappointing....nice to see new players stepping up....just get upset when the Braves do not value the ball.
 
Painful game to try to watch with ESPN3's continued technical difficulties and the officiating ... It's pretty bad when you can not listen to the end of the game on the radio.
 
Reink 4 points in each of the two games in St Thomas is really disappointing. Get just a bit more out of him and I think we win both. Ja’shon not giving anything today was another real bummer.
 
The weird part of the team this year is that the newcomers have been the ones making plays. The guys we already have had need to step up. Mast has to be better and Henry needs to play more as a glue guy and less hero shots. We also get into these lineups at times where there's only 2 or 3 guys on the court who can shoot the 3. Really limits the options on offense. If mast can figure his shot out we should be fine but until then he's a liability on defense at times and ain't doing much on offense. I like what I'm seeing from the freshman though
