it took 2 and a half minutes and six shots for MSU to get on the board, but they showed a real run & gun offense...
The Bears had a double digit lead in the first 10 minutes and never looked back...
..they were up by 20 well before halftime, and had a 25 point lead at the break...47-22

Truman State is picked 10th in their 11 team (D-II) conference and has 8 new players - mostly freshmen and only one senior. Now they go to play Mizzou....

By special waiver from the NCAA, Missouri State will play a 3rd preseason exhibition game on Thursday 11/5, at Missouri Southern University in Joplin, MO, as a benefit for victims of last summer's tornado.
