Some of you already know about this, but there were a lot of people in Washington, as well as parts of East Peoria and Pekin who lost all or part of their home and belongings. Among those affected the worst was former Bradley Brave Danny Adams and his wife Sarah. They lost their home and belongings in the tornado.
Though many people are in need, this hits close to home for Bradley fans. Friends of Danny and Sarah are trying to raise money to help them. Please consider helping if you can.

Great to see all the support for Danny and Sarah! Donations soared yesterday, and are now almost $7K! I have heard a number of incredible stories about the community coming together to help those that need help.

it is indeed a great story of people helping out - sure beats hearing of those stories of crime & looting after a disaster...

Danny interned for me at Caterpillar the summer before his 5th year at BU.

Great young man, with a very close family for support.

My heart goes out to you DA, glad you survived.

And last night the local TV stations including WTVP, WEEK, WMBD, WHOI, and My59 had a "Help on the Homefront" Telethon to raise money for tornado relief and raised over $785,000
