Maybe we could do a trivia question or just for fun.

Where and in what tourney will BU be playing next year?

My guess...Hawaii. Maui Invitational.

:)

I like all 3 that were suggested. :D I just hope the economy keeps going forward along with my business then I'll have a chance of attending.

Maybe they will do the Cable Car Classic then you wouldn't have to travel far.....:)

SFP...do you golf?

I'm a pure hacker! I can hit the heck out of the ball but it never goes where I want it and if there is a water hazard it is sure hit the drink even if it is behind me.

Heading out to SNA would be a very inexpensive plane trip. I'm probably heading to Boston twice this year but not Thanksgiving week but the week before.:-x Tempted to try and stick around there to catch a game if I can get the significant other to travel with me.

That would be great. We could be one of the first teams to play in the Maui Invitational to not even make it to Hawaii.

(The 2011 field is expanding and morphing into the format of all the other tournaments: 4 teams will stay on the mainland and play round-robin, and the 7 Maui-bound teams will play home games vs. the mainland teams before the semis)

Won't be Maui...I saw the list for that tourney recently, and there weren't any non-BCS included (except for Chaminade). Duke is the headliner of the group.

Hope we play in the Old Spice tour. as Orlando would be great at Thanksgiving, golfing in Orlando would also be good.

My guess is that it's the P-town classic and you can take your clubs to sunny Donovan golf course! 8)

I've played Donovan the last 3 Thursdays. I wouldn't even call it a golf course. They should have closed Donovan instead of Madison. Got to be a tournament in the great state of Arizona the Braves could participate it.

Chico is right about Donovan, terrible excuse for a golf course, way too many great courses to play in this area to waste your time and money playing at Donovan.

Definitely need to organize a college basketball tourney in Phoenix/Glendale.

Think of all the luxury resorts in Scottsdale, hiking-biking opportunities, golf possibilities, and Grand Canyon/Sedona/Tombstone/Monument Valley side trips....Lots of lakes and rivers for water sports/fishing and some of the best swimming pools at the resorts....warm temps with no humidity....

Actually surprised there isn't something here like that already....With ASU and U of A co-hosting....

Unless there already is something I have missed in my first year here.

I've been Snowbirding in Mesa for 7 years and haven't heard of any tournaments except on the Junior college level. I don't think the Braves have played out there since the mid 60's. Would be nice to have them see how great that area is.

I play exclusively Newman because the blue tees are somewhat of a challenge and I live at BU.

Kellog is my only other choice because it is by my parents house. I think I have played Donovan 2 times this year?
