that I am torn on the BU-Illini game tonight. While I've been closer to the BU program the last 20 years...my heart has been an Illini fan since....well since I was younger;)...

I will now wait for MM's comments:D

I have never been an Illini fan and never will be! Lou Henson ruined the Illini for me when I was growing up! I will confess that I saw Bruce Webber in Peoria a couple of years ago and I like BAM. He is a nice guy.

GO BRADLEY!!!!!!!

Been an Illini fan for a looong time too...want Illini to win em all...unless they are playing BU

Ditto! They got screwed, big time, in the UNC NCAA Championship Game when Shawn May lowered his shoulder and bowled into the blocks, time after time, and no charges were ever called, unbelievable. I was watching that game, on TV, and we're hollering, HOW IS THAT NOT A FOUL.

Oh no - here we go again.

UIUC LOST. They were not cheated. Bill May got away with a foul much less often than UIUC did with all their moving screens.

I could have been wrong too, it might be Sean May. But anyway, also being an Illini fan, I still think they got screwed in that game. Go Braves! Maybe it's spelled both ways. His dad was a great player for Indiana and I believe drafted by the Bulls, but like many that we know, his pro career was not that great.

I like Bruce too, but he's been trying to avoid the Valley like the plague. Not this time Bruce! :D

I'm not. Go BU all the way! ;)

Way to go Bravesfan! :)

Of course. It's no contest here. :) Besides Illinois will have plenty of opportunites for signature wins this year. We won't especially considering Creighton is under achieving this year and Illinois St. has a bloated record from all the "community colleges" they've been playing again this year. Maybe UNI and a possible decent Bracketbuster matchup is all we will have left after Iowa St.

And once again you have proven my point about those who frequent Carver Arena...

Unfortunately I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you can't have it both ways...

Who says?....I actually support BU waaayy...more than the Illini.............and have for the last 20 years or so. Doesn't mean I can't root for the Illini at the same time.

It would be different if it was ISU or anyone else in the conference for that matter

Same boat here....I think we can have it that way.......why not?
