Not ashamed to admit I fell for it hook line and sinker 7-8 years ago.
That was a whole different era & a whole different board. A few more years & we'll be chasing after Sloof's kid, the 8th grade phenom.
Funny part is that in the middle of the Sloof recruitment 7 years ago, we signed SS out of Missouri & I actually thought he was Sloof at first & they just got his name wrong. So you weren't the only one Dogs.

Never afraid of rumors. As I have stated...key word..."RUMOR."
I am more into the "science" behind them...like who, what, when and why do they start. I find them interesting. And everyone I talked to put little or no stock into them but wondered where it all started.

I heard that the NCAA will NOT approve Lirpa Sloof's eligibility!!
His HS transcripts have not been validated, and, apparently he also he played a couple of games of semi pro ball during summers for the Moldavian Marauders....
Lirpa has been quoted as still saying he wants to play for BU once it gets straightened out...:lol:

I knew that was going to happen sooner or later. Face it he is going to Indiana-We lose out again.
Poor Lirpa, people still get him confused with his twin brother who also plays pro soccer and is an up and coming world class goalie. Rumor has it from a credible source that the problem maybe with his ability to get a student VISA because he has not enrolled yet into a school.
