I'm gonna stick with sticks. Infact, I predict he will lead the team in rebounding this year, and be a major force in the Valley.
I like your confidence and HOPE you are correct but I must ask....based on what? Thanks.
The only problem with Sticks is Sticks. If he wants to be good, he will be. I'm not sure he wants to be good.
He is all we have...
Egolf, Singh, Brown, and Prosser are all better than Sticks and will give us more next year. Until proven otherwise, Sticks is a bust. I place most of that blame on Sticks for showing little desire to get better in practice or in the weight room. A coach can only do so much. At some point the onus is on the player to want to get better.
WoW, that one got some interesting comments !!!!
Heres what I think, sticks has the tools , JL is a good coach and motivator. I think it all comes down to Sticks, is he going to have a David Collins work ethic? Then I think he will have a long three years. if he even stays. However if he shows up with a Jeremy Crouch attitude then the sky is the limit for this young man. You cant coach love of the game or desire !!! I think we will know sometime in November
He is all we have...
nois he gonna come out and produce
Sometimes coaches recruit players based on their upside, and I believe this is one of those times. You can't teach a kid to be 6' 10", and when one comes along you may take a chance on him. Nothing I've seen leads me to believe that AT will ever be a factor at BU, and I honestly hope I'm wrong. But you can't hit a home run with every recruit, and quite frankly some recruits turn out to be not very good basketball players. I'm OK with that, but you can't let it happen very often. I'm surprised he's still here.
