Its an "official" "Red out"...ok aren't they ALL red outs. Or at least they SHOULD be. It works....ask Osiris and the ISU guys. NO ONE....and I mean NO ONE in your party should leave the house without RED.

Its also "lose your voice nite". NO one should leave the arena with anything resembling a voice tonite.

Tickets are just about all ate up and I think we crack the top 5 alltime attendance games tonite. Ahh what the heck, lets set the record.

I'm sorry but it amazes me that on VT they speak of BU like an ugly stepchild and make fun of this site endlessly and OMG there is no respect for JL. I know that BU's probably not #2 in win %'age during that time, but that is a heck of a lot of wins no matter how you slice it.

Plus, in all honesty, BU started again this year with a ton of new faces, just the same as the last two years & it takes a while for guys to buy into their roles, get used to D1 play and figure out the system (about 10 games usually). I just don't get how some can be so dismissive of BU's talent, depth & coaching.

I realize BU hasn't won the MVC in a while, but you cannot say they haven't played good schedules and been competitive.

Something to note for current students... During our time here, many of us have been at 5 of the top 6 BU Home games attendance wise. That's just pretty cool to think about, I'd say we hit BU at the right time!

Y'ah, we do have a nice student following, and it seems like Peoria loves BU more than ever.

Very interesting. I went into Pomeroy and looked at his strenght of schedule rankings over those four years. It showed our SOS is harder than Creightons in all four years.
We win tonight and we are tied with CU in wins over the four years but had a harder SOS each of the four years. SIU is a different story. They have had a better SOS in 3 of the four years.
Not trying to cut down CU just trying to make sure we don't sell ourselves short.
