Judge rules in Bob Knight firing

The Indianapolis Star had tried for 5 years to open up the records and to show that Bob Knight was unfairly treated by IU.
A judge has now ruled IU and their trustees don't have to reveal all their records, as it's part of the attorney-client priviledge.

This is a little of a defeat for Bob Knight himself.
Even tho he was not a part of the lawsuit, he had wanted the records to be made available hoping it would make him look as if he was victimized unfairly by the ruthless IU trustees and then University President, Myles Brand.
