Kevin Eastman, father of BU player Jake Eastman, is in his 6th year as an assistant for the Boston Celtics, as they prepare to play the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2010 NBA Finals.

He speaks at numerous camps across the country. This summer, Eastman will make a trip to Peoria, Ill., where his son, Jake (Douglas Freeman High), is a rising sophomore guard at Bradley University.
Perhaps Eastman, 55, will draw the attention of a Division I athletic director who soon may be in the market for a new hoops coach.
