Kudo's students and soccer...

I was very surprised by the student turnout last night. Everytime they showed them on the scoreboard they were having a good time and they packed the student section. Keep it up guys and Red Sea keep recruiting. The band was very good also, when they were allowed to play.

This is of the highest compliment coming from Chico so students you must have showed up! :D It did appear that the students were having a great time from the video stream.

Your team needs you now more then years past, right now. I say this could still be a special team that if they can jell they will surprise people. The students participating can only help the cause.
 
I was extremely pleased to see the great student turnout, both in numbers and participation. It looked like an isu game down there and we were playing an unknown D2 team! GREAT JOB!!!

I really like the striped sleeves! I just hope you're the first in the country to do that, so you won't be accused of stealing the idea. :wink:

And yes.......fantastic job by the soccer team! Let's win a championship tomorrow!

Tried to get RED SEA LEADERS to do a "Tay-lor Brown" chant.....they said they would and never did....:mad:

We got there late because of the soccer game and were shocked that there were that many students there! Usually we can just walk down to the first 2 or 3 rows easily.

we didn't do "tay-lor Brown" but we did do "get well taylor" cause we didnt want people to think we were trying to get him to play, but instead letting him know we care

yeah i was thinking the same thing...about a TB chant

I didn't hear it! I had some beer in me though so I may have lost focus...so my bad on that post.

Whatever you are doing keep doing it because I have never seen that many students at a non-big time opponent game.
