Of all the new players coming in next year including Ray and Jeremy who are you looking forward to seeing play the most amd why?

I will start, I cant wait to see Jeremy play!!! This is a kid that was called maybe the best Sophomore coming back in the entire country a couple of years ago. He is now older, stronger and he should be very hungry. When is the last time we had a guy that could be one of the best players in college basketball? I know, Hersey!!! From what everyone says that has seen him in practice last year he was the best player on the floor? We had some pretty good players on the team last year!!!

Second just for fun is the new 7 footer, Collins. He could take the team from being good to great!!!

Remember, just for fun!!!!!

I look for Will Egolf to stand out next year....I watched a video of him dunking and another of him on a break-away slam....this kid could be a player right away! :-o 2nd would be everyone else....that is why I hope for a Midnight Madness this season...so much unknown and so much hope for a big season as to what could transpire with this group and the current team! :D

Let's hope Jeremy hasn't lost his touch for doing backflips--

It's hard to select just 1 guy I'd like to see. I look forward to seeing Sam Maniscalco, and the 2 freshmen big men. And I really hope we get to see a couple years of DeAaron Williams.

Yikes.....its like asking me my favorite food. Just when I think I'm zeroed in I change my mind.

Ray Brown....what has two years away done.

Fears...is he the real deal.

Egolf....hidden gem

Collins....heard some good second hand reports

Thompson...how far away from contributing

Maniscalco.....Ruffins understudy

Cole-Scott......Franklin/TB rolled into one

I guess Collins. He could be a difference maker if he has ANY skills at all.

Well mbf..........I use who I have....don't have any good shots of WE or DC.......so I use the best pic I have...talked to JF @ at the post season banquet....he said he didn't realize how hard it would be to sit out a year! He said he was more than ready....I told him that he's already penciled in a starter IMO! 8)

Great post dogs, I agree with almost everything you are saying. This is just for the fun of talking about the new guys and seeing what everyone thinks. Collins could be impossible to handle in the MVC next tear. If he becomes a threat, do teams double him and leave our guards open? I hope so!!!

Great thread....wow, hoops so far away yet BU fans are stoked allready. I don't see Collins becoming "impossible to handle" but if he's got ANY game at all, is smart and knows his role....WOW. His impact will be immesurable.

Your right, when I said impossible to handle I did not mean he would dominate in the post. I was thinking along the same lines as you. If he has enough game to make the team respect him he can make everyone else around him better.

Is it time to start the new season!!!!

Someone can speak better to this than me but if I remember right coming out of High School he was ranked as high as the 18th best player in the country. Someone correct me if I am wrong but I thought I had read that? If I remember right I dont know when the last time the MVC had a player that highly ranked?

Don't forget now we can play 3 good big men and ware the other team down.Thats why I can't wait to watch the big this year.

Fears)

Fears)

I am REALLY looking forward to seeing Fears play! If these guys all stay on the same page and put egos aside this can be a VERY special team (for at least the next two years).

Hey, what's that smell?

Can anyone say DYNASTY! :!:

I had not been on Wills myspace in a while, he now has the cover of Sports Illustrated on there with MS holding up his jersey after the NCAA win.....good to see him getting into the Bradley spirit........

I've been intrigued by Egolf for awhile now and am most looking forward to seeing him get some nice playing time as a freshman. But really.....how can we be expected to pick just ONE of these new players? WOW.....what time do the doors open at the Fieldhouse?

I think (know) Ray Brown will win back a few fans this year... I think he (and Fears) has the ability to take over a game when needed. That's something we haven't seen out of a BU player in a while, IMO.

Am I the only one worried AW might get lost in the mix with all these guys coming in next year? I think he's got the talent to be a very good player, but will he get enough minutes? Heck, will everyone get enough minutes?
