Just reading proposed changes the NCAA is considering. I say only considering to hopefully have the mid major conferences be more competitive at getting more quality players instead of top talent going to the power 4 or 5 conferences. Just a dream IMO. I for one like what the NFL does. Each team gets the same amount of money. Up to each team on how to handle the money they get. They approach the salary cap then they must find ways to stay under the cap. If they go over then the NFL can fine them, block trades, and take away draft choices. Probably never happen, but something like that in college sports would be an idea. Just an idea. Anybody have thoughts on how to make this mess of the NIL work out so that each Div.1 team can have at least a fighting chance to be competitive.

There is no way the P4 would go for that especially since it would require revenue sharing.
