I just saw a nice report about Sam Maniscalco on week tv.
I am sure that there will be an internet link soon if there isnt
one already. The report mentioned how Sam wanted to be a Bradley Brave.
This is the second report from WEEK TV this week that I know of... WHERE IS THE JOURNAL STAR??????

Ben...I think your thread should be titled "Maniscalco ISN'T week." :lol:

Usually we say I HOPE the strength coach gets a hold of certain freshman this summer. With Sam it looks like he can give the strength coach a run for his money :-o :-o
 
It's hard for KW to write good news about the Braves. Saw where Sam scored 20 points in the all-star game, but unless I missed it, it wasn't mentioned in the JS.
 
I saw the story too. HOLY COW does Sam have some guns. He looks like Marcello Robinson his Junior or Senior year with all the upper body muscle he has. I don't think he'll have a problem with physical play the way most freshman do. He looks like an absolute tank.
 
What was that "Battle Cry" that Lee Hall let out at the beginning of that video link? I must have rewound that about 20 times. :lol:

This is incorrect, right? Didn't Carl Maniscalco play for Dick Versace at a community college and then follow him to BU for one year?

BYAAAH!!! that clip from chapelle show making fun of howard dean was one of the funniest things ever, the word "byah" is a regular in my vocabulary because of it
 
I've said it before I'll say it again, there's no one I'm looking forward to watching more than Sam, he is a competitor that by his junior year(when my tickets aren't cheap any more), when the game is on the line, the ball WILL be in his hands. He's got that mentality. Unselfish for 98% of the game, but when it comes time, he'll want the ball.

I can't wait for BU Basketball to start!!!
 
I thought that Lee Hall said last night (Monday) that tonight there'd be interviews with the new BU players.
 
Versace was his coach at Gordon Tech in Chicago- which played in the Catholic League...

I think Carl graduated in 1976, and then did play at Jackson CC I believe and BU

Wow! This kid is built like his old man, only bigger, stronger, faster :lol:

He reminds me a lot of that little tank of a point guard, Anthony Manuel. If he's as good as AM he's gonna be a great one! :D
