Maniscalco out for the season

Just a few of the comments from the isu board regarding SM....
:x
What a bunch of ignorant/stupid comments from a bunch of hillbillies from over in hillbilly heaven:roll: These comments are right in line with how some of their fans act at the games:!: They could only dream of having a person and player the caliber of Sammy and that might be giving them to much credit:!: Geeeee' Come On Man

Right on OOB. They are happy as h--- that this is happening. Been around isu fans too much.

I am going to make a conspiracy therory statement here, but I don't believe that SM is hurt enough to sit out the whole year. I think he needs to help get Les off the hook and what better way than to have the top two players out for the season.

Come on man! :!: :!: I bet you thought this was real too.

:?: :?: :?: :?:

Actually I don't think it's a bad strategy either...saves face and helps to keep our recruits believing in what we're selling them at Bradley.

You have got to be joking, Sam tried to play this season because he knew with Taylor not playing we would need him more then ever, you should have to try and play when you are in so much pain and see how long you would last, I do not agree with a lot of the things coach Les has done but your statement is a load of crap as Sam is hurting more by not being able to play.

I can't come up with any sort of polite response to this, so I'll keep my mouth shut.

I think InMnBob has something here. Only I believe this conspiracy goes much deeper. I think it goes all the way to the top. The University President and the AD are really behind this, along with a handful of very powerful people (we all know who we are talking about). They don't want Jim Les to succeed, so they have orchestrated a series of fake injuries. How else can you explain the incredible run of serious injuries, and the fact that they only seem to occur to the key players on the team each year?
Think about it, Dodie Dunson did not really break his arm last year, that was also just a sham. And Andrew Warren's foot injury and Will Egolf's knee injury were also fake. Who knows how far back this sinister plot goes?
I do not believe that either Taylor Brown nor Sam Maniscalco really have any reason to redshirt- neither is really hurt and the issue with Taylor Brown is fabricated. After Taylor Brown went out with his redshirt, Bradley ran off 4 wins in a row, and that caused these people to have to change their plans for this year, and include Sam Maniscalco in this terrible conspiracy.;-)

I actually believe in many conspiracy theories including:

We didn't land on the moon
JFK was not assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald
And the US government was directly behind 9/11

No athlete would allow them to fake his injury unless it was a cover up for something worse....but a small private institution like Bradley is capable of some things.

Sometimes that's the problem with the typed word bob. Without a winkie or LOL there can be no "tone" conveyed. Thanks for setting the record straight.
